About Us Nigel Marston Motorsport supplies quality tailored sun blinds for all makes of cars. We pride ourselves on our high standard of friendly and personal customer service.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments. You can either pay by credit card using the PayPal secure server (see the Credit Card Security section below for instructions) or opt to send us your credit card details by telephone, fax or post. We can accept Visa, Mastercard and most other major UK credit and debit cards. All credit card transactions are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). If you are billed by your card company in a different currency, they will convert the transaction to your own currency. If you prefer to pay in your local currency, please contact us and we will email you a PayPal invoice.

If you experience a problem when paying online, please email us so that we can rectify the issue.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the very rare case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling All orders are despatched by courier. Orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or from our own warehouse.

Our website is set up to ensure the most cost effective shipping. If you wish to use a faster or a different shipping service then please contact us.

For multiple purchases where shipping savings can be made, we will calculate the shipping upon receipt of your order and refund the excess charge if you have already made payment. Please email us with any queries about combined shipping and we will look at your situation individually.

If you are located outside of the UK, please see the Shipping Charges section at the top left of the page. If your country is listed then shipping will be calculated automatically when you make your purchase. If your country is not listed, please email us at shipping@blinds4cars.com to find the correct shipping charge.

We endeavour to keep our shipping charges are kept to a minimum.
Delivery Schedule We desptach all blinds by courier. Because of this we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Blinds are often made to order which can take around 14 days. If your blinds are in stock then despatch will be less than 14 days.

Blinds sent to mainland UK locations should arrive the next working day after they are despatched. Delivery times for blinds sent to locations outside of mainland UK will vary depending upon your location. Please contact us if you would like an estimate of how long delivery will take to your location.

All delivery times are approximate and are intended as a guide only. Please contact us if you have any queries.
Back Orders Most blinds are made to order and are normally ready for despatch in 14 days. Should there be a manuafcturing delay, you will be kept fully informed.
Tax Charges We are located in the UK. The price you see on the website is the price you pay inclusive of any sales taxes, if applicable.

All goods are shipped from the UK. Customers outside of the UK and the European Union may be required to pay customs charges, taxes. duties or fees upon importation of their goods. These charges are levied by the customs authorities in the country of delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these charges and is not able to advise as to whether these charges apply or not. The customer should make appropriate enquiries with their local customs authority to ascertain such charges.

When an item is returned to us for any reason, the customer may not be able to recover all or any of the customs charges, taxes, duties or fees paid. These charges will remain the responsibility of the customer and we will not be liable for them.

When items are returned from outside of the European Union, the customer is responsible for complying with any instructions necessary for the goods to be returned so that we do not incur any unnecessary customs charges, duties, taxes or fees as permitted under English Law
Credit Card Security We accept credit card payments through PayPal using their secure card handling systems, so you can be sure that you card details will be kept secure. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this service.

To pay by credit or debit card, select the 'PayPal or Credit Card using the PayPal Secure Server' option during checkout. Click the 'Pay by PayPal' button, then select the option to pay by card. This will then take you to PayPal's secure server.

If you prefer not to enter your card details online, then please call us and we will take your details by telephone.
Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please inform us within 30 days of purchase and we will supply instructions to allow you to return the item. All we ask is that the packaging is complete and undamaged (except for opening) and that the goods and any parts are complete and in original condition.

When you receive your goods, please check them carefully for damage. If they are damaged or faulty, please email us with a description of the damage to both the goods and the packaging and/or the fault within 48 hours of receiving them. Photographs can also be useful. Please retain all packaging as it may be required for inspection in the event of a claim. We aim to rectify any problems as quickly and efficiently as possible but we require your co-operation and a little patience from you in order to do so. In the case of a claim for damage or loss, it may be necessary to wait until settlement of the claim by the courier before a replacement is sent or a refund is given. Faulty goods or goods that were incorrectly supplied or misdescribed by us are eligible for a refund or replacement (where available), whichever you prefer.

If your goods have not arrived within the estimated periods given above, then please email us and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Please do not return any goods before informing us by email that you wish to do so. If returning goods, please ensure that you follow the instructions we supply to you and that goods are securely packaged.

For customers in the UK and EU, we comply with the Consumer Protection Regulations allowing you to return any goods within 30 days for a full refund. Returned goods are to be returned at the buyers cost unless they are faulty or not as described.

Customers outside the EU may also return goods within 30 days at their expense. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described then any refund will be less the original shipping costs.

Our preferred method of contact is by email. All emails will be responded to. You may also telephone us on our UK customer service number which is shown above. This number may often be staffed outside of normal office hours. However, there are times when we will not be available to take your call. At such times, please leave a message on our voicemail and we will contact you.
Privacy Policy Nigel Marston Motorsport do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
